The VENZ V10 is a very well and aesthetically made TV Box. TV Box is equipped with the recently very popular SoC Amlogic S905 Quad-core 64-bit Cortex A53 Up to 2.0GHz processor. Plays typical video content in 1080p and copes well with video in 4K (also with 60fps). V10 TV Box has a fresh, nice, and easy-to-use UI which provides quick and intuitive access to key features. V10 in combination with VENZ VZ-RK-1 gives you pleasure and ease of use. Although VENZ V10 has 1GB of RAM, running fast and stable. This is one of the better TV Boxes with specifications of 1GB RAM, without Bluetooth.

The provided limited warranty on all eligible products must be purchased in Singapore. The limited warranty covers failures due to defects in devices. Packaging, software products, accessories (cable, adaptor, remote, batteries, etc. ), and technical data are not covered under the limited warranty. The limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase and a complete product serial number is required to receive any services guaranteed as part of the limited warranty.
The limited warranty does not apply to refurbished products or products that were resold by unauthorized resellers. iNetSpine Pte Ltd does not provide refunds under the limited warranty in any conditions. iNetSpine Pte Ltd will replace defective units with brand-new units. If a brand-new unit is not available, then the defective unit will be replaced with a refurbished product. If the defective unit is discontinued, end of life, or out of stock, iNetSpine Pte Ltd will replace it with the product(s) of equivalent value or features. Product warranty periods do not renew with replacement units. The original purchase date and warranty period will apply to replacement products.
*Please note this warranty does not cover:
1) Physical damage;
2) If the product serial number seal has been removed, defaced, or is illegible;
3) If the products are purchased from overseas online resellers.
All products are entitled to a 15 day's warranty
Replacement Procedure
You must contact the Customer support team at isupport@istore.sg for any product services and warranty replacement.
Customers are required to produce the proof of purchase (a photocopy of the receipt is acceptable) and present it to our Service Centre for product replacement when requested.
If the problems are unable to solve remotely, customers may send in the product to our service center
Appendix:
- The original purchase receipt has to be presented when service is required.
- Warranty services as stated above are only valid for products purchased in Singapore Main Island.
- For any direct or indirect damages that prohibited the products to function properly, iNetSpine Pte Ltd shall only be liable for the duties stipulated by Singapore law.
- iNetSpine Pte Ltd shall neither, on any account, respond to any loss caused by damages such as improper use of applications and configurations, nor respond to any accusation put forward by a third party.
